1. Grant of License

Subject to continuous ownership of the applicable NFT, the licensor grants the NFT holder a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the associated animated vector asset (“Asset”) in accordance with the license tier encoded in the NFT.

2. License Tiers

Personal License

• Use in personal, educational, or non-commercial digital projects

• Use on personal websites, social media, and presentations

• No client work or monetised products

Commercial License

• Use in commercial websites, mobile applications, and digital products

• Use in client work without limitation on number of end products

• Use in marketing, branding, and user interfaces

Studio / Extended License

• All Commercial License rights

• Use across multiple brands or business entities

• White-label usage permitted

3. Restrictions

The license does not permit:

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the raw Asset files

• Minting or selling derivative NFTs using the Asset

• Claiming authorship or ownership of the Asset

• Sublicensing or granting rights to third parties

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Asset remain the sole property of the licensor. Ownership of the NFT does not constitute ownership of the underlying artwork.

5. Transfer & Revocation

The license is strictly tied to NFT ownership.
Upon transfer, sale, or loss of the NFT, all rights granted under this license automatically terminate for the prior holder and transfer to the new holder.

6. Termination

Any use of the Asset outside the scope of this agreement immediately terminates the license.

7. No Warranty

The Asset is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
