Hani'nas Lemon Margarita

This was our most popular cocktail. We were lucky; in our first house in Pallouriotissa there were two massive lemon trees full of ripe sharp lemons.


  • 4cl gold Tequila
  • 3cl lime cordial
  • 2cl Triple Sec
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 6-7 ice cubes

Shake until your hand, arm and shoulder freezes, until you hear almost all the ice has melted. Strain into a salt rimmed glass.

The secret of the Hani’nas Margarita? Use a juice squeezer that squeezes the peel as well as the juice. The essential oils from the skin of the fruit is crucial for a fresh, sharp and sweet taste.
